Happy Birthday Jay-Z!! This year marks Jay-Z's 44th birthday, and he enters into his 13/4 year. A year that represents (hard work, building, foundation,and structure) This year is very special because creatively there will be major changes. Jay-Z will deliver a different approach in terms of his music and message. It will not disappoint of course, but his fans will be a part of this creative transformation. Jay-Z will also be re-structuring his team both personally and professionally this year, and those that get to stay will have to make sure that they can move in the same direction as him.
