Happy Birthday Jay-Z!

Happy Birthday Jay-Z!! This year marks Jay-Z's 44th birthday, and he enters into his 13/4 year.   A year that represents (hard work, building, foundation,and structure)  This year is very special because creatively there will be major changes.  Jay-Z will deliver a different approach in terms of his music and message.  It will not disappoint of course, but his fans will be a part of this creative transformation.  Jay-Z will also be re-structuring his team both personally and professionally this year, and those that get to stay will have to make sure that they can move in the same direction as him.  Pay close attention!!!
